A strong building starts with the right foundation system. We engineer and install continuous footings, stem walls, frost walls, and slab foundations sized for soils, loads, and local frost depths. Rebar placement, anchor bolts, and embeds follow stamped drawings and ACI best practices, and we coordinate inspections from excavation through backfill. For high-performance builds, our ICF foundations deliver reinforced concrete cores with continuous insulation for energy efficiency, comfort, and exceptional moisture control. Exterior protection often includes Platon® waterproofing/drainage membranes, perimeter drain tile, sump connections, and proper grading to move water away from the structure.

We build long-lasting slabs by starting with the base: graded subgrade, compacted aggregate, and vapor retarder where required. Mix designs are selected for strength, air-entrainment, and weather, with options for fiber or rebar/mesh reinforcement. We place, screed, and finish to the specified flatness, cut control joints on schedule, and cure/seal to reduce cracking and surface dusting. Finish options include broom, trowel, polished, stamped, exposed aggregate, and integral color.
